Funny Video Exposes That Cats Prefer Baby Talk And Confirms That They Can Be as Cold And Heartless As Your Mother-In-Law (Pictures & Video)

If you don't talk to your cat in baby talk, do you even own a cat? We know you do it because we do it too, somehow it just naturally feels right to speak to them like they're our little fur babies. As it turns out, they even like it! According to this video, cats can distinguish between your normal voice and when you speak specifically to them in a baby voice. But, that also means that if you talk to them in a baby voice and they ignore you, it means that they're ignoring you on purpose.

We've learned a few things from this video, one is confirmation that we should talk to our cats in the voice we love to do it in, and it confirms that our cat is actually cold and heartless sometimes by purposefully ignoring us.     We'll do anything to get our cat to come to us when we're calling them - so if you're telling us that we have to talk to them exclusively in a baby voice in order for that to happen, we're super down.
